Outsourcing your bookkeeping for the first time can seem a daunting prospect. But it really does lift a huge weight from the list of everyday tasks and allow you to drive your business forward, while we pick up the paperwork that scatters behind.

Here are some of the questions that may be on your mind:

  • Do I need to provide office space?
    Not at all, we have our own Offices. We can collect any papers at agreed intervals and return them ready to go to your Accountant at Year End.
  • What area do you cover?
    Our offices are in Queniborough and we cover pretty much anywhere in Leicestershire. We also have clients just over the County line in neighbouring Counties. Approximately a 20-mile radius of Leicester is average.
  • What happens if I have a question to ask?
    You don’t have to wait for a scheduled visit to ask us a question; just call us or email any time. Most questions are better answered quickly. If one of the team can’t answer you, David Gorey will call you back with an answer within 24 hours. (Weekends & Bank Holidays excepting)
  • Do you work full time?
    Yes, we are a full time Bookkeeping Service and we can be flexible to fit in with your specific business. A Restaurant may not open until 5pm every day, and we will arrange contact times with you at our initial meeting.
  • Are you an Online VAT Agent?
    Yes leave it to us. As a registered VAT Agent we can submit your completed Vat Return securely on line on your behalf.
  • Is my business data secure
    Yes, security is a very high priority for us. Our system is fully backed up and encrypted. We NEVER sell, give or reveal any of our clients details. We will communicate directly with your Accountant if you wish us to. Other than that, our lips are sealed.
